Polarization Maintaining PoM C-Band Amplifier

INO is proud to introduce its new polarization maintaining FAF PoM C-band amplifier. The bench-top instrument provides a gain of 32 dB in the 1530 nm to 1560 nm wavelength range with a noise figure of less than 5.5 dB.

The FAF PoM C-band amplifier is a polarization maintaining amplifier making it the perfect choice for amplifiers requiring a polarized output. The FAF PoM C-band amplifier is a single stage amplifier pumped at 980 nm in a forward configuration. Dual stage design is currently under development in order to offer superior output power.

The FAF PoM C-band amplifier offers an excellent polarization extinction ratio of up to 25dB. The unit is designed to provide a high level of repeatability, superior gain, low noise and high output power.
