Thermoelectric Coolers

Melcor Corporation series of thermoelectrics features higher cooling performance and high temperature (up to 225°C), and includes wire bonding posts, Aluminum Nitride ceramic plates and custom packaging. It is designed specifically for electro-optical applications, such as the cooling and stabilizing of laser diodes, IR detectors, CCDs, or other electro-optic systems. The line consists of single stage with high temperature capabilities, and single and multistage modules with new high performance material. Custom packaging and assembly options are available.
