SDH Service Delivery

A module specifically for services carried over SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) networks, Dimension is the company's integrated support for services that transit multiple vendor and technology domains (for example, hybrid SDH/PDH). This means that end-to-end service delivery on a single, integrated platform becomes possible.

Dimension is a network inventory and service configuration management platform designed to streamline and automate the service delivery, service assurance and capacity management functions of a modern telco. The platform allows a telco to establish and manage a complete, end to end inventory of its logical and physical resources and associate them with the services they support. The platform's rapidly deployable, open and highly scalable architecture allows other OSS systems to interact directly with the underlying network inventory, facilitating genuine integration of service and network management systems.
