Johanson Manufacturingtyle Connectors, ruggedized commercial, are suitable for applications where conditions are severe and reliability is critical but full compliance to MIL-83522 is not required. The connectors are TIA/EIA 604 compliant, compatible with ST style adapters, field installable, and compatible with standard hand and machine polishing equipment. They are 900 µm compatible and 2.0 to 3.0 mm cable compatible. Materials include:
  • Ferrule: Zirconia
  • Nut: Nickel-plated brass
  • Stem: Nickel-plated brass
  • Spring: Stainless steel
  • Boot: Hytrel, UL 94 V-1 rated
