RCN Launches Service in Two New Markets for ResiLink(SM), Its Unique Bundled Communications ProductResidents of Natick, Massachusetts and San Francisco's Mission District Receive Their First Competitive Choice for Telephone, Cable TV and High-Speed Cable
New subscribers can choose from four different ResiLink(SM) bundled pricing plans, which offer various combinations of digital cable television, fully-featured telephone and high-speed Internet services for a flat rate. All RCN cable subscribers receive the Disney Channel as part of their basic service.
RCN is also introducing in both markets its Digital Vision(SM) service, which gives subscribers access to more than 200 channels of high-quality digital cable programming, including 18 channels of premium programming. Digital Vision is a significant feature of RCN's cable offering, allowing customers to receive state-of-the-art digitally-enhanced TV pictures and sound, and a multitude of new video and music programming services.

With the launch of ResiLink in Natick, RCN now offers service in 19 towns and communities in the Boston area, including Arlington, Brookline, Burlington, Dedham, Framingham, Lexington, Needham, Newton, Somerville, Wakefield, Waltham, Watertown and Woburn, as well as the Boston communities of Allston, Brighton, Hyde Park, Roslindale, and West Roxbury.
In San Francisco, RCN teamed up with the Boys and Girls Clubs to co-host a community festival on July 14th at the non-profit group's Mission Clubhouse at 901 Alabama Street, celebrating the arrival of telecommunications competition in the City of San Francisco, as well as the many years of community service provided by the Boys and Girls Clubs in the area.
RCN's cable programming in the Mission neighborhood features a diverse and expanded line-up of channels and content, including Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Filipino, Hindi, French and Italian language programming, and other meaningful content of interest to the community's ethnically-diverse residents. Customer service for Mission subscribers is available in over 100 different languages, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
