N/A000 is a power supply for controlling DC ion source operating parameters. The unit can operate in manual, automatic, or remote modes and features an active matrix LCD with a resistive touch screen. All voltage and currents are displayed for beam, accelerator, decelerator, cathode, discharge, and neutralizer parameters. Up to 99 parameter sets can be stored and recalled in memory. Remote operation is possible at up to 30 meters from the module, making it suited for use in clean room operations.
