Picosecond Pulse Labs Signs Exclusive Patent License Agreement with Stanford University

Picosecond Pulse Labs, Inc.er, Colorado – January 10, 2002. – <%=company%>, a leading designer and manufacturer of components and test instrumentation for high-speed communications systems, announced today it has signed an exclusive worldwide patent license agreement with Stanford University to develop, manufacture and commercialize high-speed signal generation, signal acquisition and signal processing products for the test and measurement and telecommunication industries.

The patents exclusively licensed under this agreement include U.S. Patent Numbers 4,956,568; 5,014,018; 5,256,996; 5,267,020; and 5,378,939 among others. This patent suite provides Picosecond with exclusive rights to develop a wide range of high bandwidth products based on nonlinear transmission line technologies, subject to certain rights held by the patent holders.
