Perforators

Cullom Machine builds a variety of perforators. Among them is the 3-6 Ultra High Speed (UHSP) Perforator (shown above). This is a fine example of Cullom's engineering and production excellence. The cam operated pulling/cutting wheels work in conjunction with 320 knives to allow the perforation of corrugated plastic tubing from 3" (75mm) ID to 6" (150mm) ID at a rate of up to 200 FPM (61m). What is remarkable is that this machine remains accurate at any of its various speeds. An electronic follower adjusts the speed of the perforator to match that of the production line and size changes are made by turning a single hand wheel and changing of the guide tube. Cullom also produces harpoon type perforators which can be customed designed to perforate to your specifications from 3" (175mm) through 15" (380mm).
