Specialized Products Company, an international supplier of tools, tool kits, cases and test equipment, is proud to introduce an innovative new Cutter/Stripper for the busy telecom technician. Exclusively distributed by SPC the TWS246 Cutter/Stripper incorporates several exclusive features to make your job faster and easier. A unique fingertip adjustment mechanism allows you to change the strip length to any increment between 22 and 26 AWG with just a few simple, quick turns. This easy-to-operate combination tool allows you to assemble and disassemble the strip blade rapidly. You don't have to lay the TWS246 down to facilitate its use. A convenient ring at the end of one of the handles makes it easy to maneuver. Hang it around a finger and simply flip it up for immediate use. It can also be suspended from you tool belt.
Both the tool shaft and interchangeable dual blades are color coded for correct alignment. One blade has a blue dot for 22 gauge on one edge and a yellow dot on the opposite edge for 24. The other blade is coded with yellow and green indications for 24 and 26 respectively. To achieve exact length, line up the adjustment mechanism on the shaft with the colored dot corresponding to the blade size you've chosen. Place the wire in the stripping slot with its ends positioned between the cutting blades. Squeeze the tool and pull to cut and strip the wire to the proper wire-wrapping length.
The nickel-plated TWS246 has a rust-resistant finish and plastic handles with orange cushioned grips for superior comfort and slip-free operation.
