MSTAR Moves Headquarters To Utah County

Orem, UT - MSTAR, Utah's largest and fastest-growing fiber-optic service provider, recently announced it has moved its headquarters to a new, larger location in Utah County near the mouth of Provo Canyon.

"Our new facility in Orem is perfectly fitted to our growing needs as an organization and will allow the company to better meet the demands of our growing market," said Ben Gould, chief executive officer of MSTAR. "The added space is ideal for our company and we're confident it will aid us in better serving our customers."

MSTAR's new state-of-the-art headquarters are located at 727 N. 1505 East Ste. 350 in Orem, Utah, near the junction of University Avenue and 800 North. The new location will accommodate future call center expansion and allow installers to work with greater efficiency in the iProvo and UTOPIA network footprints.

The new facility is equipped with more office space than the previous location and includes conference rooms, engineering rooms and a large customer service area. The company's headquarters were previously located in Murray, Utah, where the company continues to operate and offer service.

"Making this move will be a crucial step in improving the level of service for our customers," Gould said. "Having a more centralized location will help us better understand how we can foster more loyal customers. While we continue to focus on expansion and growth, we don't want to forget the customers who have gotten us this far." MSTAR Continues to Lead Fiber Expansion in Utah

MSTAR is the state's premier provider of ultra high-speed Internet, cutting-edge IPTV and low-priced phone service over a world-class fiber-optic network. Because MSTAR specializes in fiber-optic services, its customers get the benefit of drastically increased bandwidth, which translates into better overall service and an unrivaled converged experience - the technology from all three services can interact in ways no other service can facilitate.

MSTAR's Internet speeds are the quickest available with 15Mbps upload and download speeds. As subscribers to the state's only true all-digital television provider, MSTAR's video customers have access to the biggest selection of high-definition channels of any digital television provider. MSTAR's managed IP phone service allows customers all the benefits of digital voice with unlimited local and long-distance calling plans.

MSTAR has long been an active part of Utah County communities, and was recently voted by readers of Utah Valley Magazine as one of the top three Internet service providers in the valley. MSTAR ranked second, with more votes than Qwest and just behind Comcast, both national providers. This ranking is far more significant than it appears because MSTAR's fiber-optic services are currently only available to seven percent of the single-family households in the voting area - Qwest and Comcast can each service virtually all of that population.

"We hope to continue our involvement as a valuable part of this community as well as improve our name recognition as the leading provider of Internet, video and telephone services in the state," Gould said. MSTAR will host an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony at its new location on Tuesday, May 8, beginning at 2 p.m.
