We are now offering our latest generation of optical circulators.
L-Band Optical Circulators

Selected Features

  • Low insertion loss across the L-band (1570-1620 nm)
  • High isolation and low PDL, PMD
  • Broad wavelength range resulting from patented design
  • High isolation and low PDL, PMD
  • Tested to Bellcore standards
  • Epoxy-free optical path for high-power handling

We are now offering our latest generation of optical circulators. These new circulators have been optimized for use in next-generation WDM L-band (1570-1620-nm) network systems. Based on the same robust and high-performance design as our popular Model P0803 C-band circulator, the Model P2300 L-band circulators deliver extremely low insertion loss and high isolation across the entire L-band. Just as with our C-band circulators, by using a proprietary optical design and packaging technique, we keep the optical path epoxy-free, resulting in high optical power handling capability. Each circulator offers minimal insertion loss ripple, polarization dependent loss (PDL) and polarization mode dispersion (PMD).

Selected Applications

  • Bi-directional EDFAs
  • L-band and dual C+L-band EDFAs
  • Add/drop multiplexing
