High Power E.D.F.A.

OptoCom Innovation high power fiber amplifiers are designed for analog, WDM, or digital applications. The use of high power 980nm broad area pump lasers ensure low noise figure combined with high output powers. Low power consumption results from high efficiency pump diodes and direct wavelength conversion from pump to signal. OEM modules enclosing pump lasers, all optical components and analog control electronics are very compact and robust.

Microprocessor benchtop versions manage alarms and status indicators, maintain constant output power or constant gain. G.P.I.B. and RS 232 options is also available for diagnostic and control. OEM modules enclosing all optical components, pump laser and analog control electronics are very compact and robust.

Four versions are available : Benchtop (B), O.E.M., Analog (A) or Digital control (µ).
