FOM II Enclosures

VERSITRON'S FOM II enclosures offer flexible options for any of the FOM II Series modems. Enclosures are available in high-density , rack-mount configurations or as stand-alone, desk-top packages. Power may be provided to each individual modem in any enclosure or via a single or dual redundant power supply in the high-density rack-mount chassis.

The HF-1 and HF-2 desk-top enclosures provide a slide-in chassis for one or two FOM II circuit cards. Enclosures are light weight, sport rubber feet, and may be placed in a variety of locations or stacked. Digital, fiber and power interfaces are accessible from the rear. These products carry a lifetime warranty.

The HF-2SS and HF-20 chassis fit into a standard 19-inch equipment rack. Two FOM II modems fit in the HF-2SS side-by side rack horizontally. This "space saver" chassis is only 1.75 inches high and is ideal for those applications where rack space is limited. The HF-20 chassis permits vertical placement of up to 20 FOM II circuit cards. There are no committed slots, and modems can operate with individual or chassis power supplies.
