FiberCom is a privately owned LLC providing professional fiber optic contract services to the telecommunications business. We operate from the Midwest to the East Coast and are located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our principal services include fiber optic fusion splicing and testing. Using late model equipment and state-of-the-art techniques, we can provide consistent low loss splices on a production basis assuring your project is completed onetime and within specification.

Splicing

All OSP splicing is performed in our own custom designed trailers assuring a clean environment. Trailers are totally self-contained with generator, air conditioner, de-humidifier,and highway strobe lighting systems. All fusion splicing is performed using the Sumitomo fusion splicer, the proven workhorse of the industry. and Fujikura precision cleavers. Our fiber technicians are trained in theory, splicing and testing from SCTE and Lucent Technologies. Good workmanship is always our objective. Active supervision of each project is essential to provide the customer with support and commitment.
