Eight Channel Coarse WDM Filters

Iridian Spectral Technologies, a manufacturer of thin film filters for fiber optic telecommunication systems has announced the shipment of eight channel Coarse WDM filters for metro market applications.

Iridian Spectral Technologies is manufacturing standard eight channel coarse WDM filters. The IST BP402 CWDM filters have center wavelengths of 1471, 1491, 1511, 1531, 1551, 1571, 1591 and 1611 nm. Insertion loss is less then 0.5 dB. Ripple is less then 0.3 dB. Bandwidth at -0.3 dB is greater then 13 nm and bandwidth at -30 dB is less then 26 nm. Typical sizes are 1.4 mm by 1.4 mm by 1.0 mm. Customized four channel, six channel and eight channel CWDM filters are also available.
