DTI will receive dark fibers in the following routes:
Cleveland—Pittsburgh—Philadelphia—New York
Los Angeles—Portland
Sacramento—Oakland
Ft. Worth—El Paso—Phoenix—Las Vegas
In return, the other party will receive dark fibers in DTI's metropolitan St. Louis and Kansas City, MO area networks.
DTI is creating an approximately 20,000-route miles digital fiber optic network comprised of 23 regional rings interconnecting primary, secondary and tertiary cities in 37 states.
