Analog Modules, Inc.X-Stream(TM) Digital Crosspoint Switch Delivers 1.5 Gb/s Per Port. It was developed for high-speed data routing applications such as Standard Definition Television (SDTV), High Definition Television (HDTV) and fiber optic network routing. Dissipating 1/30th the power-per-switch point relative to alternative solutions, Analog Modules, Inc.is a lower-cost alternative. Analog Modules, Inc.delivers 1.5 Gb/s per port on power of less than 1.5 watts. Switch designers have the large switch array (33 input by 17 output), low power consumption and low cost that is ideal for use from 270 Mb/s to 1.5 Gb/s data switching. This product is created from a proprietary circuit architecture and Bipolar Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (BiCMOS) technology.
