We are offering optical circulators for use in WDM networks.
C-Band Optical Circulators
Selected Features
- Low insertion loss across the C-band
- High isolation and low PDL, PMD
- Broad wavelength range resulting from patented design
- Tested to Bellcore standards
- Epoxy-free optical path for high-power handling
We are offering optical circulators for use in WDM networks. Based upon the Faraday effect, these non-reciprocal devices direct light from port-to-port in only one direction. These circulators have low insertion loss, and high isolation over a wide wavelength range. Moreover, by using a proprietary optical design and packaging technique, we keep the optical path epoxy-free, resulting in increased reliability. Each circulator offers minimal polarization dependent loss (PDL) and polarization mode dispersion (PMD).
Selected Applications
- Bi-directional EDFAs
- C-band and dual C+L-band EDFAs
- Add/drop multiplexing
