Hytek Microsystems was founded in 1974 to provide thickfilm hybrid microcircuit design and assembly services. High volume production of both chip & wire and soldered electronic assemblies grew throughout the 1980's. In 1990 Hytek consolidated it's facilities in Carson City Nevada with a focus on high-reliability microelectronics assembly and value added testing (electrical and environmental).

Certification to MIL-STD-1772 was achieved in 1987 and has been maintained since that time. Currently Hytek is certified and qualified to Class K (Space Reliability Level) of MIL-PRF-38534 and ISO 9001. Our Class 10,000 cleanroom houses automated production capability for soldered and wirebonded circuit assemblies. Current customer base includes satellite, medical device, oil exploration, test equipment, military systems, and commercial product manufacturers.

Hytek Microsystems has been publically held since 1983, and trades under the Nasdaq symbol HTEK.
