We provide optical receivers for maximum network flexibility by delivering the extra bandwidth required for FEC (Forward Error Correction) and RZ (Return to Zero) applications.
Discovery proudly introduces our 1-R series of optical receivers. Our state of the art receivers couple the output of the diodes directly into the amplifier, achieving wide bandwidth and efficiency in a small hermetically sealed package. Five models provide flexibility for matching the needs of short, medium and long reach systems at 10, 12.5, 20, and 40 Gbits/sec data rates.
Fiber Coupled Photodiodes Have Many Digital and Analog Applications
