Agnew Tech-II’s goal is to provide excellent multilingual communication between our customers and their foreign language speaking business contacts. Our customers’ success often depends on accurate international business information and presentations which use the latest publication technology. When new trade relations are established with a foreign country, we know that our customers will need foreign language support to do business with that country. By staying abreast of international trade and relations through scanning the appropriate media, we are able to recognize both current and future needs of our customers even before the actual need arises. For example, when trade was first established with People’s Republic of China, we made sure that we had adequate support in the Chinese language translation using terminology currently used in PRC.

To further serve our customers’ needs, we publish newsletters on the cultural, economic, political, and linguistic outlook of specific countries and distribute this information to our customers. An important segment of the services we provide is assisting companies and organizations in reaching the local ethnic communities by providing them with translations which are both culturally sensitive and linguistically correct.

In this age of rapidly changing technology, we must closely follow new technological developments so that we can mirror them to those applied by our customers. Foreign language translation requires more than word processing. Our services now include desktop publishing, graphic design, software localization, audiovisual production, and development of interactive programs, such as WEB page design or CD-ROM programs. In these areas we have developed expertise to handle the foreign language versions of these projects in an efficient and timely manner. We have applied data base technology to instantly provide our customers with pricing information, project turnaround time, and progress reports. To ensure timely communication and delivery, we maintain a 24-hour bulletin board, Internet, CompuServe, and fax access. All these services are based on our recognition of our customers’ needs and on today’s international relations and technological advances.
