Micro Networks has developed a series of low cost Voltage Controlled SAW Oscillators (VCSO's), ideal for high-performance telecommunication applications.

The M600 series of VCSO's, utilize Micro Networks' world-leading capability in the design of high-performance oscillators featuring low phase noise and jitter over a frequency range of 300MHz to 900MHz. These devices are well suited for phase-locked loop applications as well as clock and data recovery and clock smoothing circuits used in OC-12, OC-48 and OC-192 SONET/SDH systems.

The M600 series is available in a 28-pin surface mount package and offers an output disable feature that forces the output into a static condition, enabling an external clock to control the output frequency. Operating from a single +5V supply, the M600's differential outputs are 10K/100K PECL logic compatible. OEM delivery is from stock to 18 weeks ARO. Please contact the factory for OEM pricing.
