400 MHz Solid State RF Amplifiers

AR recently released the 200A400 and 400A400 solid state RF amplifiers. They cover the 10 kHz to 400 MHz range with 200 and 400 watt configurations. Each RF amplifier utilizes highly linear devices in all high power stages in order to cut down on distortion while improving stability.

Both 400 MHz Solid State RF Amplifiers provide readily available RF power for applications involving RF susceptibility testing, antenna and component testing, particle accelerators, watt meter calibration, communications, plasma generation, or for use as a driver for higher power amplifiers.

Each amplifier is equipped with a Digital Control Panel (DCP), providing both local and remote control of the amplifier. The display provides operational presentation of Forward Power and Reflected Power plus control status and reports of internal amplifier status. Special features include a gain control, forward RF sample port, and a reflective RF sample port for precise power measurements.
