RF Power Amplifier: KMW2025M11

This RF power amplifier module is comprised of a printed wiring assembly housed in a machined aluminum enclosure with a 9-pin connection to the DC power source. It covers the 30-512 MHz frequency range and has an 80 Watt minimum power output @1dB compression. This amplifier module can be used in OEM applications or for integration into a user system.
