QPC Fiber Optic Introduces Qmicro & Qmini Expanded Beam Connectors

New Expanded Beam Connector Line - Built Tough for Harsh Environments

San Clemente, CA (PRWEB) - QPC is proud to introduce the new Qmicro Expanded Beam Connector, engineered to be used in harsh environments including Broadcast, Military, Industrial, and Automation applications.

The Qmicro is the smallest connector in QPC’s line of customized expanded beam connectors, and is intermateable with Tyco Pro Beam Mini, and Telecast MX connectors.

QPC is also announcing the release of the updated Qmini Expanded Beam Connector. The Qmini is designed to meet the existing MIL-PRF-83526 specification requirements, and is intermateable with Tyco Pro Beam Jr., Stratos HMA Connector Series, Fibreco Junior Series, and DiGiCo Equipment.

QPC’s Qmicro & Qmini connectors are available in all standard configurations: Plug, Jam-Nut (D-Hole), Square Flange and XLR mounting. In addition, QPC is offering full metal versions with various material and plating options. QPC’s expanded beam connector line provides high performance in both Singlemode and Multimode (low insertion loss & high return loss), with a user friendly termination process.

Qmini Cable Assemblies at the 2014 Grammy Awards
