An excellent first-stage filter for applications requiring removal of large particulate. Heavier duty versions of the filter can be used as a mist eliminator for removal of water or oil mist. The filters are available in aluminum, galvanized or stainless steel. The filters are available in depths of 1/2" to 6". At a face velocity of 500 fpm, the filters have an initial resistance of 0.15" w.g. Washable filters have an ASHRAE efficiency of less than 10%.
