The Raman 14xx Pump Coupler/Isolator hybrid combines up to 6 pump laser modules in the 1410 to 1490 nm range with 15xx WDM signals while eliminating unwanted back-reflected and back-scattered signals as part of Raman or high power erbium gain modules.

The Raman 14xx Pump Coupler/Isolator hybrid combines up to 6 pump laser modules in the 1410 to 1490 nm range with 15xx WDM signals while eliminating unwanted back-reflected and back-scattered signals as part of Raman or high power erbium gain modules. By integrating the two functions in the same package, Raman 14xx Pump Coupler/Isolator hybrid components reduce the insertion loss, PDL, package size, and assembly costs of high power fiber gain modules. Raman 14xx Pump Coupler/Isolators have been tested to Telcordia GR-1221 and are available with either Single Stage or Dual Stage Isolators.
