Cercis Model 60 Long Range FiberTracker Fault Finders are full-feature, hand-held instruments enabling location of fiber breaks or faulty splices on multi-kilometer lenths of singlemode or multimode fibers. Used as an alternative to or in conjunction with an OTDR, the Model 60 is a very useful tool in pinpointing the exact location of a break. The 1310 or 1550 nm Class 1 laser transmitter is invisible, but fiber leakage - from a break or microbend - is easily detected with the detector wand. No recalibration required.
