Micro Networks is introducing an expanded frequency range family of 3.3V VCXOs. Originally designed for SONET applications, the M303 series of VCXOs has been expanded to include frequencies from 100MHz to 800MHz. Ideal for virtually any high-speed computing or telecommunications application, the entire family offers 3psec rms jitter in a 50ohm environment.

The M303 Series of voltage controlled crystal oscillators build on Micro Networks/Andersen Laboratories world-leading capability in jitter performance and skew control to provide a precise, stable clock source in either a SMT or DIP package. A standard device provides temperature stability of less than 30ppm over an operating temperature range of 0° to 70°C.

These high performance high-speed devices are designed for demanding applications including network computing, base stations, high-end servers, datacom/telecom transmission and ATE. OEM delivery is from stock to 12 weeks ARO.
