The C-COR.net Forward Path Receiver is a modular unit designed for use with either the 3RU or 1RU Universal Chassis and is ideal for all indoor applications. With noise contribution of 8 pA√Hz, the Forward Path Receiver offers crystal clear optical-to-RF signal conversion.

Exceptional performance is further illustrated with two input power options: up to +2dBm or up to +5dBm. The +5dBm version allows for improved CNR performance without increasing distortion levels, a common problem in many other receivers. For optical links where CNR performance is critical, such as headend to hub applications, maximize your performance with the C-COR.net Forward Path Receiver.

This receivercan be used with otherC-COR.net products in the same chassis—return path transmitters, forward path transmitters, return path receivers, and 1550nm transmission products. In addition, the Forward Path Receiver is also compatible with the SNMP-compliant network management software and other open platforms.
