EPX16 Multichannel Test System
The EPX000 CPU Module processes SCPI commands and communications for all installed modules. It includes a Pentium processor, hard drive (for storing DLLs, log data, web server, and the EPX16 OS), ethernet and RS-232 ports, and RAM.
The EPX100 Clock Module provides all of the timing sources for the EPX16 Tester. Internal, BITS timed and External Clock Sources are available to the user.
The External Clock Output provides a convenient means to trigger a scope or other external test device. The EPX100 also serves as the timing reference for all Frequency Counter Measurements. Use External clock or external BITS input for the frequency counter. The EPX100 even has a BITS output to allow multiple units to be timed from the same BITS source. Like all EPX16 test modules, the EPX100 can be run remotely via any Web browser or customer developed software.
The EPX16 chassis is completely shielded and can be rack mounted. The power source is either 110 VAC or -48 VDC.
Seventeen slots are available for telecom test modules.
The chassis dimensions are 17" W x 15" D x 7" H, and it weighs 25 pounds without modules.
