Cullom Double Wall Dies allow efficient production of corrugated High Density Polyethylene Pipe (HDPE) with a smooth inner liner, while maintaining an even distribution of plastic along valleys and crowns. Inner and outer flow channel openings are easily adjustable to maintain this even distribution. Cullom's Double Wall Extrusion Dies have two separate flow passages that are controlled by adjustable flow screws located on the die mounting block. The dies are designed for single extruder input but can also be designed based on dual extruder inputs. A double wall gauge panel controls the air and vacuum inputs and outputs. These dies along with a Cullom corrugator produce high quality HDPE pipe while allowing the use of a wide range of resin. These right angle dies, available in sizes from 4" (100mm) to 15" (380mm) for VC 3-15 machine, and 18" (450mm) to 48" (1220mm) for SHVC style machines, come complete with heater bands and/or heater plugs and cooling mandrels with easy plumbing for cooling, vacuum, and air lines.
