The 200-GHz 4-Channel WDM is designed to multiplex and demultiplex signals in dense WDM systems with four channels. Using the company's Bellcore GR-1209 qualified filter technology, the WDM provides high isolation without the need for active temperature control.
The WDMs multiplex and demultiplex signals in systems based on the ITU 200-GHz grid. These passive devices provide low-loss, high-isolation solutions for central office terminal equipment applications. They can also be used in conjunction with MxN matrix switches to create all-optical cross-connects for dense WDM systems.
